Post Submission Update #2 (9/17/18)

The second post-submission update to Outrunner 198X is now live. Here's what's new:
- Drive Til Dawn and Work It Out can now be played
- reworked tutorial to make it more obvious what the note blocks are
- fixed incorrect credits URLs
- fixed bug where spinout animation would only play once
- fixed bug where level complete animation wouldn't play
The final two levels will be coming in the next few days, stay tuned.
